Najah Aldridge - The R.E.A.C.H. Collective Director of Administration

NAJAH ALDRIDGE

Najah Aldridge (they/she), born and raised in Queens, New York, graduated from New York University’s College of Arts and Science with a degree in Global Public Health and Sociology, and minors in Dance and Spanish. At NYU, Najah mentored students and led organizations that created safe spaces for people of color. They graduated cum laude, earning honors in Sociology for research on underrepresented cultural arts education centers. Recognized for excellence in choreography and academic achievement, Najah contributes to the dance community through their work with BAM, Kofago Dance Ensemble, Camille A. Brown & Dancers, and Ladies of Hip Hop. She also works as Director of Community Engagement for Dance Culture founded by Michelle E. Cole. Currently she serves as a founding member and Director of Administration of the REACH Collective. She is thrilled to join a company that authentically and compassionately creates opportunities for Black and Brown dancers.
