- A dedicated preparation space and restroom for performers. the preparation space must be sizable in accordance to the piece’s cast size.

- Sufficient allotted time to meet with lighting/sound/tech team.

- The minimum required performance space dimensions for requested piece.

- Properly maintained and sanitary performance flooring.
